Who we are

TPServices ("we", "us") is a small studio offering web development, social media management, digital marketing, and consulting services. You can reach us at thommycp@outlook.com for any privacy question or request.

What we collect

Contact form: when you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and the content of your message. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.

Payments: when you purchase a service through our website, our payment provider (Stripe) processes your payment details. We receive your name, email address, the services purchased, and the amount paid, so we can deliver the service and keep proper records. We never see or store your full card details.

Analytics: we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. Clarity may record anonymised interaction data (clicks, scrolling) and masks any text you type. This data is not used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver and invoice the services you purchase, send you project updates related to your order, and keep the records required by tax and accounting law. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the site and deliver services: our payment provider (Stripe), our hosting and database provider, our email provider, and Microsoft Clarity for analytics. Each processes data on our behalf and under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are relevant and then deleted. Order and payment records are kept for the period required by Portuguese tax and accounting law.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Under the GDPR you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD). Email us at thommycp@outlook.com and we will respond within 1 to 2 business days.

This site uses only the cookies strictly needed for it to work, plus the anonymised analytics described above. We do not run advertising cookies.
