You can also use the official Portuguese electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico), available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. Under Portuguese law, consumers may also escalate a dispute to the data protection authority (CNPD) or the competent consumer arbitration centre.
